Animals over people in war?

This pic is of Ingrid Newkirk, head of PETA. From what I have gathered, she puts all animals ahead of people. Her comments and actions, over the years seem to reinforce this. How screwed up is that? Her own species must take a back seat to lesser creatures. Intresting eh?
Read this excerpt from one of PETA's latest news letters.
"With no end in sight to the violence in the Middle East, you might be shocked to learn that the Canadian government may be leaving some Canadians behind. That’s right—it appears that the Canadian government may be abandoning Canadian animal companions in war-torn Lebanon, possibly refusing citizens’ attempts to evacuate with their animals. Left behind, these animals could starve and die in the chaos. We need your help to urge Prime Minister Stephen Harper to ensure that animals are included in Canada’s evacuation provisions.

Can you see the concern for her fellow human beings? Can you see her lack of knowledge of the Canadian situation? Perhaps she is unaware that the Canadian military has had severe cutbacks in funding from the last 3 consecutive governments and can barely pull off the evacuation of its citizens due to lack of equipment. People are taking priority here, not pets and livestock.
Sorry, but if there is room for one more person....you can say goodbye to several cats and dogs.

If PETA is so concerned why don't they dig deep into their pockets, use the money they scammed from their supporters, and go and resucue the animals themselves?
This is a war and the people are the concern of any governing body first and foremost. If there is time/resources maybe then they can load a boat up with animals, send them on a long and stressful journey, pay for to quarantine them (once they arrive to ensure there are no diseases being brought back) and other feel good projects. I doubt it will happen as it would waste preciouos dollars that can be used to help the people.

I wonder if any PETA supporters are among those trapped in Lebanon? Would they try to send their animals ahead of themselves or would natural survival instincts kick in and would they just get on the boat, happy to be alive? A normal person would just get on the boat. A PETA suppoorter...I am not so sure about.

PETA tries to corrupt kids with more lies

charlie

Well the petards have struck an new low...no surprise, they only shoot for lower. Their latest campaign is to target kids with greeting (??) cards saying a pile of lies about milk. Yes, milk. One of the staples in a child's diet to help `build strong healthy bones and teeth.
Check you the crap they have on them:
BS cards about milk

Using such lies as milk creates obesity, gas, phlegm, diabetes and zits!
Lets look at each lie seperately:

Obesity is caused by too much fat in ones diet followed by too little exercise. A kid can drink juice and eat nothing but chips and deep fried onion rings and get fat. Don't blame one food group for this. I drank almost a litre of milk a day growing up and those that have seen me can verify I have never been fat. I also have eaten meat all my life.

Gas. This is caused by improper digestion of foods, eating too quickly and not chewing properly. I don't think I have ever had a milk fart. Lots of bean farts but the petards don't want to mention that.

Phlegm. Yes a lactose intolerant person can get phlegm. These people should reduce dairy products in their diet but they are a minority in society and not the norm. Peanuts can kill certain people but PETA does not campaign against peanuts.

Diabetes. This is a body's inability to produce insulin and digest sugars. There are many reasons from genetics to poor diet (too many sweets and processed foods) that can cause this condition. Milk alone is not the culprit. I would agree that too much chocolate milk, laced with sugar, could be a catalyst but they don't specify that do they? Using their logic we could say that drinking and driving is caused by the type of automobile one drives. Petarded for sure.

Pimples. This is a skin condition that varies from person to person. In my family all my siblings fought against acne. My younger sister rarely drank milk. I drank a lot of it and almost never had pimples. Milk had nothing to do with it as it is a matter of different skin types.

So there you have it, more PETA lies cut to pieces.
I find it appalling that they direct marketing at young children. If what they were saying was true, it would be part of the curriculum. They use the same tactics of certain fast food chains, program them when they are young to follow a marketing plan. Lets hope the parents intervene and educate the kids before they end up skinny, guant and sickly from lack of protein and calicum.

Can I quote you on that??

I have been doing a bit more research of Petards and other nut balls humans who devalue their OWN lives and those of people in general over animals. Odd to think that the most advanced species on the planet could produce such idiots as an animal rights activist.
Now before the bunny huggers get all twisted about this let me state that I am against animal cruelty. That being said I do believe animals are there for us to use for food, labor or companionship as long as they are treated humanely. ie: proper food, medical treatment, shelter if necessary and so on and when harvested done so in a humane and quick way.
I could never put the life of an animal above that of human. It is just not right.
Why am I saying this? Here are a few quotes from known activists. You be the judge if they are a bit loopy. My smart ass comments are in brackets.

"We feel that animals have the same rights as retarded children."
-Alex Pacheco, Director, PETA, New York Times, January 14, 1989.
(Those would be the same as any other human and go against common sense and the law of the land)

"The life of an ant and that of my child should be granted equal consideration."
-Michael W. Fox, Vice President, The Human Society of the United States, The Inhumane Society, New York, 1990.
(an ant? Are you kidding me? I kill all the ants that I can as they over-multiply and destroy property. We are not running low on ants!! Give me your address Mr. Fox and I will drop off a ton of ants for you to compare to your child)

"Surely there will be some nonhuman animals whose lives, by any standards, are more valuable than the lives of some humans."
-Peter Singer, Animal Liberation: A New Ethic for Our Treatment of Animals, 2nd edition, 1990.
(Well they are more valuable than Peter Singer's life that's for sure!!)
-----
Now here are 7 Things You Didn't Know About PETA

1-PETA has stated repeatedly that their goal is "total animal liberation." This means no pets, no meat, no milk, no zoos, no circuses, no fishing, no leather, and no animal testing for lifesaving medicines.
(this is one thing they don't mention when they first try to scam you for donations!!)
2-PETA has given tens of thousands of dollars to convicted arsonists and other violent criminals.
(birds of a feather....)
3-PETA funds the misnamed Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine 3, an animal-rights organization that presents itself as an unbiased source for nutritional information and has links to a violent animal-rights group called SHAC.
(an outrage to all REAL physicians!!)
4-PETA has used their contributors’ tax-exempt donations to fund the North American Earth Liberation front, an FBI-certified “domestic terrorist” group responsible for fire bombs and death threats.
(that one says it all!! PETA= People of Excessive Terrorist Actions)
5-PETA regularly targets kids as early as elementary school with anti-meat and anti-milk propaganda.
(brainwashing at an early age. The method of extremists who, deep down, know they are wrong. Don't evil fast food companies also use these same tactics to sell their crap?)
6-PETA spends less than one percent of its $13 million budget actually caring for animals.
(I guess all those signs, fancy offices and glossy brochures took priority!)
7-PETA has repeatedly attacked groups like the March of Dimes, the Pediatric AIDS Foundation, and the American Cancer Society, for conducting animal testing to find cures for birth defects and life-threatening diseases.
(Hmm, I wonder how many of the PETA people are going to continue such attacks when they need the medicines themselves?)

So folks, buy QUALITY MEAT, cook it right and enjoy it guilt free. Don't allow animals to suffer but don't get swayed by a bunch of malnourished, hand-wringing, bed wetting animal rights vegans freaks that don't understand how misguided they really are.

So which is it??

I received my PETA newsletter today. Yes, I am on their mailing list as I like to know what these nuts are up to. They have their celebrity spokespeople that support them. One of the most laughable has to be Pamela Anderson who seems to be mostly synthetic herself. Fake blonde hair, fake boobs, fake lips and she wants to tell us how to live naturally and healthy?? Sorry Pammy, after seeing what you did to your body your opinion is worthless.

In the newsletter they describe all sorts of disgusting conditions of feedlots and factory farms. They describe animals crammed into tiny areas. They then go on to mention that in the USA 80% of the land is used for raising animals for food. Either these feedlots are everywhere and we can't see them or there are a lot of animals that are free range and enjoing pastures.
80% is a lot of land! So which is it? Are there really that many crammed feed lots or are there animals walking about with room or are you making this stuff up? I have driven over much of the US and Canada and I don't see 80% of the land being used for raising animals. 80?!?! Talk about skewing data to push an emotional cause.

I am not about to say that the crammed feedlots and force feeding factories don't exist, because they do. Most of them are for the fast food industry. Profit greedy companies that need to get their crappy meals to an obese public as quickly as possible. I don't eat fast food. It is not normal meat in my opinion. For more on that read the book "Fast food nation" by Eric Schlosser.
Fast food nation
It is a real eyeopener and should cure many of you from every wanting to eat a 99 cent burger again.
I try to buy my meat from a local butcher or stores that carry good old Alberta beef and I encourage anyone wishing too eat meat to buy from small local butchers and not the big chains. On the road I try to support the small mom and pop diners instead of the big chains as the quality is usually better.

The thing that really pisses me off about PETA is they use the fast food examples to make it sound like ALL food animals are raised this way and that is just not true. There are also different grades of meat and I am sorry but McD's is not the same as the steaks I buy. They cite meat as being linked to heart disease blah blah blah. Yes it can be if one over indulges, has no vegetables in their diet and fries most of their food. It is called moderation and is something we all should practice. Many things can be linked to other events if you dig deep enough. The problem with statistics is they can be twisted in many ways to make a point.

It boils down to freedom of choice. I don't care if anyone wants to go vegan just don't push it on me and don't try to give me the guilt trip 'cause it ain't going to work. I like meat/fish and I am healthy. Some of the most hard core vegans are some of the most sickly looking people I have seen. What really cracks me up is the ones that go vegan for health but also smoke. Well done!!

You have hate mail!!!

Here is a small sample of the hate mail over the past week.

from tamimoser90@msn.com
Look, I agree with you somewhat. PETA can go way over the top sometimes (like getting pissed off over killing a bee), but at the core, their intentions are good. So I'll agree to disagree with you. Just so long as you cut PETA out of your routines.

T.Moser

Makk's response:
...Dear "initial" T
I have read up on your terrorist group and their bullshit.
I think this video from Penn and Teller tells it best
Penn and Teller video
You people kill more animals than you let the world know.
Hope that helps. You must learn to turn off your emotions. Animals die so others can eat. It is called the food chain.....

From rainingblackrosesandblood@yahoo.com aka Samantha Craphead
dear grotesque cave man,
You must have a really small dick to so narrow mindedly poke fun at everyone who isn't exactly like you. Hidden agenda, huh? what might petas be? save animals, who CAN FEEL pain just like you and me? GEEZ!!! who could ever imagine that? going above and beyond the archaic practices of murdering an animal and eating it, humans have evolved over time but i guess your brain didn't get the memo! I could deal with your making fun of vegetarians, vegans, peta, everything, but when you say your not even afraid of offending vegetarians, you crossed the line. I think you should seriously concider therapy. I bet you also beleive anyone that isn't a white male shouldn't be aloud to vote, and people of african decent and women should be concidered property.

Makk's reply:
Hey underfed one.
You should eat some meat so that your spelling and grammar improve. I guess your emotionally charged diet is taking its toll.
I also see that you are narrow minded by assuming that non-vegans are racist?
You are the one that needs to evolve.

Vegans save world hunger?? Puh-leeze!!

This is one of the more polite emails I got from a vegan that does not get my comedy. I have edited non-essential parts to get to the crux of the message and reply.

from Screaming_Lies@msn.com aka Julie Kehm
I understand that your job is a Comedian & you want to make people laugh. But when you did the show & you were talking about Vegetarians and PETA, that wasn't funny. It was not only offensive, it was somewhat rude too. ... Vegetarians are not weak. Yeah, we get emotional. Its ridiculous and inhumane what people do to animals, also completely un-necessary. Vegetarianism & Veganism could stop world hunger, less people would be fat/obese, people would just be healthy overall. .... you don't really know what your talking about. But that’s ok, I guess. Hah.

Makk's response:
Thanks for watching my comedy! .... Not everyone will find my bits hilarious but the majority of the public do. .....It is the nature of the business. I know of very successful comics that I don't find funny but they have their fan base. Like music, there are different types of comedy.

What is offensive to me is preachy vegans that wish to convert all to their chosen diet which is why I wrote the bit. Sorry to say, I tried Vegetarianism once and it was not for me. I was constantly hungry and felt lethargic. Now I eat vegan then I follow it with some steak or chicken. To me, and most of the world, that is a complete meal. Some people can tolerate more meat than others.
... there are some horrible slaughter house methods out there but the culprits are the fast food industry and their low grade crap they pawn off as food. I don't consume that and I also make fun of them. I buy local when possible and try to keep to free range animals or wild game (when available).
....Please don't try to push it (Veganism ) on others as I find that as offensive as religious types that push their ways.

Vegetarianism and Veganism cannot stop world hunger. That is a warm fuzzy belief system that vegans cling to. Politics is what has caused world hunger by the improper distribution of wealth and energy. Corrupt governments that wish to control the world's wealth and energy have been the cause of whole nations starving. Your efforts would be better spent on changing your government and those of other greedy nations. That will do more than salads and tofu ever could.
Cheers

The new blog served up rare!!

This is my first post of my new blog, The PETAfile. I decided to create it when a whole bunch of vegan/animal rights types got their tofu all in a knot just because I had a 5 minute video clip online slamming PETA and in-your-face vegetarians. Rather than just ignoring the comedy (which they did not get) a group of them decided to mass email me with hate mail, death threats and other personal insults as well as false data to back their claims. They tried to convince me I was killing myself because I eat meat. The usual scare tactic is to quote selected data about the fast food industry and their shitty quality of meat and present that as the gospel truth for all meats. Sorry Petards, I don't eat fast food. I prefer free range animals of quality or wild game when I can get it.

I believe that no one should be made to feel guilty if they consume meat. Animal rights types and militant vegans seem to be driven by emotion when it comes to eating other animals. They want to symbolically remove themselves from that part of the food chain, by being vegan, which I would be okay with. More steak for me!!
However, they also wish to brainwash others into their warm fuzzy feel good cult. Sorry, but I don't buy into that.

News flash! Meat is food. Things die so other things can live. It has been that way for all of time and no bed-wetting, over zealous, liberal, mushy activist thinking can change that. You wish to graze on plants? Fine. Do it. Just don't try to use false information, lies and guilt to make others follow along.

Starting tomorrow I will be posting some of the ridiculous hate mail from these plant eaters and my responses to them.

The video clip link can be sent to those that email me.
Cheers
